Refund Policy

Before work starts

You can cancel at any point before we begin and receive a full refund of anything you have paid. "Begin" means the moment we start the design or build work agreed in your quote, which we confirm to you by email.

After work starts

Once work has started, payments — including the deposit — are non-refundable. This covers the time already reserved and spent on your project. If you cancel mid-project, you may keep the work produced up to that point, and any balance for work not yet carried out is not invoiced.

If something goes wrong

If we fail to deliver what your quote describes, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no cost. If we cannot put it right, we will refund the portion of the fee relating to the undelivered work. We do not refund because of a change of mind, a change in your business plans, or results outside our control such as search rankings or sales.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, paid plugins, fonts and stock imagery are non-refundable once purchased, because they are billed by the providers, not by us.

Consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (buying outside a business or professional activity), EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. If you ask us to start within that period, you accept that the right to withdraw is lost once the service is fully performed, and that you pay for what has already been done if you withdraw partway.

How to request a refund

Email studialuxembourg@gmail.com with your quote reference and the reason. We reply within 5 working days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
