Cookie Policy

Short version: browsing this website sets no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies, so you will not see a consent banner.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some are essential to make a site work; others follow you around to measure or advertise. Under EU rules (the ePrivacy Directive and Luxembourg's implementing law), only the non-essential kind require your prior consent.

What this website uses

  • Public pages (home, packages, how it works, FAQ, contact, legal pages): no cookies, no local storage, no analytics script, no social or advertising pixels.
  • Private admin area (staff only, not accessible to visitors): a single strictly necessary session cookie that keeps the signed-in administrator logged in and expires automatically. It is exempt from consent because the service cannot work without it.
  • Email open tracking: emails we send you may include a small pixel so we know a message arrived and was opened. This is not a cookie and does not track your web browsing. Blocking images in your email client disables it.

Do you need to consent?

No. Because we set no non-essential cookies and run no analytics or advertising tools, no consent banner is legally required. If we ever add analytics, we will add a proper consent banner that blocks those scripts until you accept, and update this page first.

Controlling cookies yourself

Every browser lets you view, block or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking cookies will not affect your use of the public pages of this site.
