Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Only what you give us in the quote request form:

• Name and email address (required — so we can reply)
• Business type, desired package, budget range and timeline (optional context)
• Your project description

We do not use advertising trackers, profiling, analytics cookies or third-party marketing pixels, and we do not collect your IP address or browsing behaviour on this site.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To deliver and invoice a project you have engaged us for — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To send you occasional emails about our services, only if you asked for them — consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who else sees it

We never sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the service providers that make this website and our replies work:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site and your enquiry
• Our email delivery provider, which sends our replies, quotes and notifications

These providers process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client and invoicing records: 10 years, as required by Luxembourg commercial and tax law.
• Mailing list entries: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time — that does not affect processing already carried out. Write to studialuxembourg@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, transmitted over encrypted connections, and our internal admin area is protected by password authentication with automatic session expiry. No system is perfect, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.
